Flood risk is low. However, you can still be prepared for the future with the following actions:

Sign up for the Environment Agency’s flood warnings
Learn where to find local flood information
Prepare a flood emergency kit
Check insurance covers groundwater flooding
Consider a Property Flood Resilience Survey to better protect your home
Check your existing flood protection measures are ready to employ, including any pumps
Have a plan for raising furniture and white goods off the floor for long periods of time
Have a plan (for example a backup generator) in case the power is out for long periods of time
Have a plan in case you cannot use toilets, sinks and showers for long periods of time, such as arranging with local friends and family for support. Or, see if any community facilities have been set up
